Legacy Trustee Berhad Visits Pos Pasik Orang Asli Settlement in Gua Musang

– Strengthening CSR Commitments with Action and Heart

In a heartfelt initiative to uplift rural communities and promote inclusive education, the Board of Directors of Legacy Trustee Berhad, led by Dato’ Jason Chan Wa Chiang and Mr. Khoo Kien Hoe, together with General Manager Luis Tee from Quarters, embarked on a meaningful visit to the Orang Asli settlement at Pos Pasik, Gua Musang.

Joining them were Ms. Rachel, founder of Asli Gen Legacy (AGL), and En. Muhammad Zaidatul Azizi Bin Mohd Zaidatul Azman, manager from Pusat Khidmat (Pejabat ADUN) as representative of YB Mohd Azmawi Fikri Abdul Ghani, Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) Gua Musang, highlighting a multi-stakeholder commitment to better the lives of indigenous communities.

The visit included the distribution of essential food items and local supplies. The team also visited the Community Feeding Centre Sungai Sugi and preschool kindergarten established through AGL’s efforts—an educational beacon for Orang Asli children in Pos Pasik. Witnessing the local children’s smiles and potential left a profound impact on all present.

In further support of AGL’s work, Legacy Trustee Berhad proudly donated RM50,000 as a token of appreciation and as part of its long-term Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) vision to empower underserved communities through education and access to basic needs.

This impactful visit marks another chapter in Legacy Trustee Berhad’s ongoing journey of purpose-led leadership—bringing hope, support, and sustainable development to communities that matter.

“We believe every child deserves a fair start in life, and we are committed to making that a reality.”
